At this residential property the existing porch was removed the area was excavated and a footer was poured. Concrete was poured for the porch pad

and then block and brick were layed to create the new porch. A new roof was fabricated over the porch which included the painting of new cedar on the overhang and posts. According to the owner's plans, the railing was set. The old door was removed and replaced along with new locksets. Click here for more pictures.
